When looking at the most important heating spec – BTU output – our heaters are more affordable, efficient, and practical than all the “big” indirect fired heaters.  Remember, indirect fired heaters waste a bunch of fuel/heat out of their hot flues making them very inefficient.  Our flameless heaters are well over 92% efficient, which saves fuel and provides more BTU’s per dollar.

The “big” indirect fired heaters input “1 million BTU’s,” but considering their inefficiencies (hot flues), they output the same amount as our flameless heaters.  Not only do they waste fuel, but they are big, bulky, and constantly have burner problems.  Our best-selling TD Inferno HD outputs over 625k BTU’s at over 92% efficiency.  In other words, you get the same amount of heat with less fuel.

The patented technology uses a diesel engine to agitate hydraulic oil in a flameless, sparkless, low-pressure environment. The oil is heated and circulated, not burned, providing a pollution- free discharge to the target environment. 

Safety features are incorporated to protect your investment in a Therm Dynamics heater. All heaters are equipped with multiple shut-off switches that terminate the engine when low pressures or high water temperatures are detected.
